Which client would you start with for a new mobile project?

Assume you're beginning a new mobile/tablet/rich client project targeted at consumers or enterprises in the US. What technology/platform would you target for the first client you build? Choices might include iOS/objective-C, Android/Java, web/phonegap/...javascript.
