Gobble (YC W14) seeks FTE for Customer Service Leader

Gobble is the first personalized dinner service for busy families. We turn picky tastes into tasty dinners made by local chefs, delivered fresh to your door. We believe in excellent customer service and are looking for an exceptional someone who can empathize with a stressed out mother and logistically re-reroute her late delivery at the same time.

You are the voice of Gobble during every moment of the customer experience, from signing-up an expecting parent, to coordinating a gluten-free dinner for their newborn, to managing their (god forbid!) late-delivery, to canceling their account when they move out of state. Tech savvy is a must, as you’ll be constantly communicating with customers via email, internal tools, online live chat, and phone, to make sure everyone experiences Gobble nirvana, a delightful dinner made easier by a smart dinner coordinator.

To start, here’s what you’ll do: - Establish relationships with customers and get to know their families and needs - Respond right away to any questions and concerns via phone, live chat, and email - Call customers and help them set up Gobble for their family Draft outgoing emails and public communications for the company - Jump into any area that needs help: meal sorting, dish washing, business deals, deliveries, recruiting, you name it.

Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Excellent food knowledge. 2+ years in customer centric position. Excellent phone and email etiquette. Strong desire to understand the customer perspective. Love of data and details. Fantastic organizational skills. Eager for more responsibility as we grow. Excited by a challenging, fast-paced, startup environment. Masters degree (bonus). Culinary degree (bonus).
