IaaS provider that could provision virtual windows 7 desktops very quickly?

I remember watching a video some time ago where the virtual desktops would be built as capacity was needed, including joining them to the domain... all within a matter of seconds before they were usable. I cannot seem to find it now that we're evaluating such a solution.
