Kamcord (YC S12) is looking for a lead frontend engineer
Kamcord is looking for an awesome lead frontend engineer to help us build the future of mobile game discovery! We make an SDK for iOS and Android game developers that lets their players record and share videos of their mobile gameplays. We're seeing incredibly strong growth across all key metrics and are growing the team aggressively to capture the opportunity. We're live in over 240 games and have recorded over 2.5 billion videos with 3 million of them having being shared.
Those millions of videos need a home to live, and a big push for the company this year is to transform kamcord.com into an incredibly engaging and fun media experience. You will lead this charge! We've just brought on a ridiculously good designer and you will work closely with him and the founders to design and build the next version of kamcord.com, from the ground up.
You:
- Are really really good with HTML/CSS/Javascript
- Understand responsive web design and how to build websites for both web and mobile
- Feel completely comfortable diving into the backend. Server infrastructure and database schemas don't scare you
- Are an complete animal when it comes to writing software
- Are self motivated and take ownership of projects
