HN is blocking my IP/user for no reason.

My user page is showing "We've limited requests for this url." for days, and my comments are invisible when I log out. I'm not a spammer. Why is this happening?

HN has no contact page, so my only recourse is using the submission page, and through tor mind you, because when I try to submit through my IP address, I get the message that I'm "submitting too fast". I'VE NEVER SUBMITTED ANYTHING BEFORE.
