How about posting once, then listing the 3 open positions in the body of the post? This isn't a job board.

Not trying to be crass, but a bunch of job postings on this site are just another thing for my eyes to have to filter. Semi-annoying.

Oh, heh... just realized the lack of comment box meant that this was an internal post. Didn't realize this was a YCombinator company.
