What does HN think about this? Hate to single out FB here, but could Secret or Secret-like services be useful with regards to other organizations to let employees speak their minds about what's going on? Or is it toxic and unproductive discussion?

I think it's really interesting to read about these experiences since these are things people would never talk about otherwise.
