I'm looking for VC agreement/claims templates/examples

I'm currently in a position where I'm looking to join forces of two companies, my previous consultancy with my new startup. In order to do that I have to give away certain percentage of my consultancy firm, and in return the whole startup crew will also, partly, do consultancy work on the side for the consultancy firm. The percentage of my firm will go the other startup founders.

Now, this situation has turned me into somewhat of an investor position, and as such, I'm looking for templates/examples on how typical VC agreements/claims/contracts looks like in order to be able to cherry pick the best and most appropriate paragraphs.

(PS. I'm located in Sweden so any Swedish ones would be extra nice - although all are most welcome!)
