Ask HN: App boilerplates for MVP landing page with testing abilities?

Anyone know of any good boilerplate apps for simple landing pages that can do things like a/b testing or other features useful for testing MVP's?

Going the route of testing many MVP's, it seems silly to me to have to reconstruct the same basic project over and over.

I know there's plenty of plain boilerplate apps, but how about one's meant for MVP testing?

Specifically any ruby frameworks? Sinatra is a bonus.
