I don't understand A. why a bank would back this issue and B. Why anyone would buy it

After watching Zynga plummet in the same space, and knowing these companies have a limited shelf life before it is too competitive to continue the astronomic growth it started with.

Good for anyone who cashes out right now and nobody else.
