Ask HN: Digital Survey at physical shop.

Hi All,

As we all know how important it is to conduct surveys. It gives a chance to the seller to know what's right and what's wrong. Similarly gives opportunity to the buyer to express his/her concerns in buying/not buying.

Online sellers have the freedom to send survey links to its customer/buyers by email and then asking for feedback.

BUT what about the seller at shops in marketplaces. They hardly know why someone left the shop without buying even after smelling like a potential customer.

Here I am trying to design and develop a solution for such shop keepers who are interested in having such a system to know more about there customers.

Here I want your views on this idea, Also I want you to validate/reject with comments.
