Ask HN: Best way to get a remote job as a (non US) frontend dev?
I work at a web dev agency and I feel my skills are stagnating due to the repetitive nature of what we do. Opportunities around here are limited so remote jobs look very attractive to me but I haven't had much luck.
I know HTML5 and CSS3 (+ SASS and CSS frameworks), JavaScript and PHP. I can make responsive and mobile sites, code HTML mails, use APIs, version control, etc.
What can I do to make myself interesting to companies offering remote job opportunities? What skills should I learn?
