Ask HN: What is your talent CRM / applicant tracker setup?
There are a number of services out there now to track applicants, and any number of general-purpose CRM's and task trackers that people seem to use for applicant tracking (e.g. Trello).
We're currently using asana, and it's perfectly good once applicants are in the system, but it's a bit cumbersome for dealing with a lot of inbound and passive candidates.
I'd love to know your end-to-end setup for monitoring, recruiting, and managing the interview process for technical candidates.
