Hi HN,

I've been wanting to get started with providing customer support for a startup. I currently work in corporate finance and am effectively a customer support person for the users of our financials. I really enjoy helping people and solving problems using great products.

I can probably commit 6-8 hours per week providing customer support for users of your product, answering email and explaining features. I have experience with putting together screen casting, tutorials, and walkthroughs so I can handle any type of "customer evangelism."

No need for pay - looking to build startup experience.
