More than that, make sure that the prosecutors on his case, Stephen Heymann and Carmen Ortiz, never ever have the opportunity to do the same to anyone else.

They need to be removed immediately for misconduct. Every day they are allowed to continue practicing law is a spit in the face.

Carmen Ortiz has been playing up her involvement in the Tsarnev brother's case (the Boston marathon bombings last year).

Hopefully that doesn't overshadow her despicable role in Swartz's case, but given how sort the public attention span is, I'm not holding my breath. :/

The bill is currently stuck in committee in both the House and Senate. I'm sure we could unstick it if we had the leverage.
