Anybody having issues with the Linkedin API?

It seems like the developers just pull the plug on various services from time to time without telling anyone. Over the last few days its been the relation to viewer (related-connections) service. Then the developer forum is completely full of spam developer.linkedin.com/forum/. Anybody know what's going on here?
