SegundoNet: Secondary Cell Network Using Google Fiber as Backhaul (slidesha.re)

It is a secondary cellular network using GoogleFiber for its Backhaul & TV WhiteSpace (and other unlicensed spectrum) coordinated via Cognitive Radio as spectrum. It is a pretty cool and very doable concept, enjoy :)
