Russia can't tolerate other countries' Arctic claims

According to the Russian newspaper Kommersant , Moscow sees the U.S.-Canada Joint Arctic Expedition, which started today, as a further North American expansion into the most resource-rich territories of the Arctic Ocean, which Kremlin claims, all belong to Russia.
