How do you organize your bookmarks?

How do yo deal with this problem (if it is a problem for you)?

Whenever I come across a good article or tutorial on a specific dev topic I always bookmark it because I know I am going to want to reference it at a later date. Having multiple gmail accounts (work, personal, etc) I can't sync my bookmarks in the basic chrome bookmark bar. Do you use anything that solves this, or know of any good tools? I can't find anything good out there. I might just have build one!
