Ask HN: What are the real pains of a Data Scientist?

What problems do you, Data Scientists, experience? Is is data cleaning, visualization, collaboration, distribution to clients, integration in third party products? Or something else?

I am asking because after months talking to statisticians and data scientists, everybody seems to be needing something very very different, that doesn't solve the real pain.
