When a startup become fuckup

I just want to tell everyone that when you have joined a startup and realising that this startup becoming fuckup, please run away ASAP. Below are signs that a startup become fuckup:

1. employ CIO 2. Employ CFO 3. Employ CTO 4. Employ COO 5. Employ CPO 6. Employ CCO 7. Use clock in and out device to monitor your time in office. 8. 5 months and only developed 4 webpages and yet still buggy. 9. Using bunch of unnecessary framework and library to build the system to make it look complex and highly sophisticated. 10. Management 12 people and technical 5 people.
