What according to you all are the customer experience challenges plaguing the telecom sector? Simply put, what are the challenges you are facing while using using phone or broadband.

It can be something small like a consolidated bill for all your connections or detailed usage breakup etc.

PS: If any telco experts or customer challenges present here, please do mention some challenges for which there isnt a ready product/solution available in the market.
