Where to find a programmer for 2 month project

Hey, I am interested in developing a new site should take around 2 months and is a really interesting concept.

I am looking for a programmer. I could pay + will give equity stake. Basically I could build the whole thing myself, just very busy with other projects. I will help the programmer if any problems arise.

This is for a personal project involving AI and website filtering. I could code all of the AI part myself. Looking for someone who could code all of the frontend + backend (preferably in PHP) If you are interested in getting involved on coding the algorithm I would teach you everything I know.

I have been a co-founder in a Ycombinator funded startup in the past.
