Python is Dead Long Live Julia (conference.scipy.org)

LOL.. Bright shiny object syndrome much? Python's not going anywhere. There's too much traction, and while Julia has some nice features, there's nothing it can do that Python cant.

For the curious, this appears to be the Julia-lang homepage: http://julialang.org/

Note that the actual title of the talk is "Introduction to Julia". This is not the first time Julia will be presented at SciPy, and the SciPy community has been very welcoming.
