HN Challenge: Help a Polymath find a job (partial MVP validation)

Inspired by the interesting use cases of Rejection Therapy[1], Here's a new game/MVP validation exercise.

The purpose of this game is to see what's possible beyond the traditional job search model, which I believe is broken for the 95%+ of superstar performers who are not celebrities in the startup circuit.

Problem: Startup talent attrition is too high (turnovers are 9-12 months) I noticed that A+ engineering talent have lots of offers, but bounce from one to another, leaving an unsatisfying trail of short stints. Or, they work freelance, but have to constantly fill the pipeline. The idea is to go beyond networking, and use somewhat of a crowd-recruiting approach to cut down on the recruiting process/inefficiencies. I’m assessing the feasibility of this MVP by first trying it with my borderline use case[2].

Response format: Email me directly (see handle). In all cases, provide additional/supplementary information as necessary.

Game Goals: 1. Help iPolymath find a job that he will like enough to stay at for at least 1,000 days. 2. Role/title must be a step forward in iPolymath's career. 3. Job focus must be on generating groundbreaking innovative ideas for teams to build out in R&D. Eg., idea to concept. 4. Location: 100% remote, or at a location that is at least 70F year round, such as San Francisco or Hawaii. 5. Minimum salary: $200,000 per year

Game rewards: The person who successfully connects iPolymath with a job will receive a 10% commission (on gross income) every biweekly paycheck, starting on the 6-month anniversary of his employment, the reward commission will stop the day employment terminates.

The iPolymath Difference[4]: Your greatest asset is your ability to be creative and design things others cannot. The innovator in you can deliver breakthrough content and the builder in you can figure out how to take it to market and exploit it.
