1. It seems like full-res photos will be uploaded
2. Will upload both videos and photos, but there's a cap on videos
3. The storage is tied to the phone. If you sell/give away the phone, the new user gets unlimited storage. (Is is not clear how exactly this works. Do the original person still gets unlimited storage?)
