Aks HN: Would you invest in a founding team that is part time comitted?

I've got a pretty straightforward question: would you invest in a company that would have a core building team (full time) and a senior, experienced part of the team but that's only part time comitted, while recieving the same amount of equity equity as the ones that commit full time?
