Ask HN: Tips for a very early stage start up pitch deck

I have a very early state start up in the hardware industry. It's a cool concept, but we don't have any numbers. We haven't been able to afford the engineers to design electronics for costing/manufacturing.

I've been asked for a pitch deck.

Every deck I've seen has some hard financial component, weather it's costs, growth projections etc.

How do I design a pitch deck that lacks this major information and still gets taken seriously?
