Ask HN : screen sucking time ?

I have spent so much time zombiing from HN, to Twitter, to Reddit, to The Verge, to Youtube, to whatever-site. I have discovered great articles, great knowledge, great videos but it sucks so much time I have the feeling I a missing a lot from life.

What do you think ? How long do you spend on computer beside work hours ?
