The company I'm at has a greater percentage of women than men, and they don't have any problem with it.

Really wish these articles were truthful and added the fact that it's really only a problem in 3rd world countries.

This article is sexist because it just adds to stereotypes that women are weak, over sensitive, over emotional and always whining about something no matter how small in significance. Whining about getting a compliment... go trade places with a construction worker (who are building your comfortable offices and make your cushy life possible) and then tell us about death by a 1000 cuts.
