Unclear what the point is.
A UUID is supposed to be a unique identifier (with infinitesimal chance of a collision ever occurring), but this one is far from unique. It looks like lots of people have copied and pasted it from the example of a UUID given on Wikipedia.

I recommend not hiring any of those developers. They probably also have 12345 as the code on their luggage.

I understand what a UUID is, but I don't understand exactly what particular point the submitter is trying to make.
That a guid should be unique, i suppose
