I want to create one, both public, private, social, etc. site reports. But do not want to be identified, tracked. For safety.

I'll use the "Tor Browser" to connect to the development server. My concern is how to pay the domain and pay for hosting, as both the paypal or credit card, can be tracked by authorities.

Buy "bitcoin" to pay for the domain and hosting is a good idea? Which Hosting accept "bitcoin" as payment?

I thought about using free room nights as "heroku" initially, but after I will need to pay, because of the demand.
