Ask HN: My Employer is being purchased, Benefits Changing

I work for a 100ish person company and the owner has decided to sell to a 16,000 person company. I'm not worried about my job, but my vacation days are being reduced by half. I currently receive 30 a year.

Do I have any course of action? Should I try to renegotiate my salary and benefits?

Any advice would be great.
