Ask HN: What is the most convenient blogging platform to integrate with Heroku?

I'm currently blogging on Medium but would like to host it on my company site to reinforce my brand rather than Medium's. I have been searching high and low for an easy way to integrate a blog directly into my web app built with Ruby on Rails. Since the app is hosted on Heroku, I have ran into various issues with a spectrum solutions (e.g. needing to host blog on subdomain, etc.). I was surprised to find out that there's not a Heroku add-on for basic blogging functionality.

What are some of the pros and cons of the blogging platforms you have tried and integrated with Heroku/RoR? I appreciate any feedback rather than trying to recreate the wheel.
