Poll: Favourite self hosted applications/services

It's becoming increasingly easy (if not necessarily as secure) to host applications similar to popular cloud services on your own server or VPS. For those of us that do this, which of the following do you host AND use regularly (either for yourself, or a group of people). Specific products here are only examples - feel free to expand in the comments on other solutions.
