Benefit Corps

We're starting a business from HK but incorporating in Delaware as a Benefit Corp. I've heard that its possible to self sponsor in order to get a Visa as an Australian to the US but its never been done as a Benefit Corp. Wondering if anyone has comments/suggestions? Also on whether its hard-er to raise money as a Benefit (not B) corp. The truth pls.
