Poll: Do you have any problem in finding your ideal cofounder?

I have seen few people who suffer a lot in finding their ideal cofounder? Is that really true? If it is, is there any solution apart from traditionally classified. Anyone/startup working on it to fix this crucial problem. Please, share your experience/hacks on how to either overcome with this problem or what's the best solution you think?
