Natero (YC S12) is looking for a senior operations engineer

Desirable skills include:

- Knowledge of AWS (EC2 VPC/S3/Route 53/etc.)

- Familiarity with SQL (PostgreSQL) and Hadoop

- Ability to code in Java/Python

You would be expected to:

- Maintain current AWS server infrastructure

- Develop and maintain test infrastructure

- Ensure environment is secure

- Ensure environment is optimized for price / performance / load

- Ensure environment is kept current (patches, etc)

- Manage access permissions for developers

- Manage the deployment for development, production environments

- Manage Backups (System, Database, Software)

- Manage DNS including Route53

- Daily system monitoring (Zabbix)
