This reminds me of the time someone contacted support because their attempts to circumvent my copy protection did not work as expected.
(She thought she was seeing a bug when reinstalling the software did not allow her to get around the "Only prints 15 unique cards" limitation. "I even installed it on two computers and it always prints the same cards first, so I can't print out 20 cards without getting doubles. Tee hee, I thought that was funny. Can you fix it?")
Suffice it to say that most people who mail my support address get answers which make them happy. She was not most people.
