Natero (YC S12) looking for lead UX designer

We are currently a small, very technical team whose passion is data. At Natero, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the new face of data processing from the ground up.

We are building a new vertical SaaS application layered above our existing analytics platform. User experience is core to the new application. Our interfaces must hide the complexity of the underlying system and provide an intuitive interaction for users. As such, we are looking for a designer to lead the creation of the new user-interface.

Responsibilities include: * Understanding user personas * Developing user workflows in-conjunction with team * Designing wire-frames and mockups * Interfacing with frontend engineers

Experience with user-testing highly desirable.

Knowledge of html, css, bootstrap a benefit.
