Oh, come on. I know it's trendy to hate WordPress, but it hits a sweet spot for a very large number of sites.
Not to mention that:
1) Putting "NO!" in big type and then "very likely" in tiny type above it makes it look like you're afraid of fully embracing your own conclusion; and
2) If you want to argue that WordPress isn't a good tool for nearly anyone, make the argument! Don't just throw an opinion into the room like it's a hand grenade and then expect the rest of us to sit around waiting to see if it will go "boom."
