Couple of suggestions from someone who is always on the lookout for good designers and front end devs. Site looks good, but the functionality isn't there. Number 1 thing I look for is a portfolio and none of your project links work. All I can go off are three screen shots, which likely isn't enough. I'd also look at establishing a presence on Dribbble as it is an easy way to post smaller projects you've worked on. Facebook and Linkedin are great, but don't tell me a whole lots about your design skills. Hope that helps.
