Roost (YC S14) Is Hiring a Senior Java Developer in New York City

Roost:

- Is the leading SaaS provider of web push notifications.

- Is currently handling over 500M requests / month and that will also continue to grow. Scale and speed are incredibly important to us and any experience there is greatly appreciated.

- Has just left the YC S14 batch and are moving into the next phase of product development. We currently have ~1M subscribers across 2k+ sites and are growing at 5-10% weekly.

We’re looking for a senior Java engineer who:

- Has experience with AWS cloud technologies

- Takes scaling incredibly seriously.

- Experience with NoSQL databases at large scale.

- Experience in and willing to help with ops.
