Show HN: GiffyTube – Generating 3 sec GIFs from YouTube videos

I've been playing with this idea for a while and finally took the time to build it over the weekend. I would love some feedback and I'd be happy to answer any questions.

The extension adds another link box to the "Share" section on a YouTube page and fills it with a link to my web service. GIFs are three seconds and the start time is controlled by the YouTube player.
