You are not going to want to buy a .hn domain right now, because as is possible with all ccTLDs, the government can change and then change the rules.
After the coup two months ago, the new Honduran regime has directed nic.hn to cease all new registrations and hand over all registration database information to the new government.

All you need to do is wait a little while for ICANN to support custom TLDs then convince PG to spend a hundred grand and all your dreams could come true (or at least the one).
