Need advice about someone using my friend's name on a fashion blog

hi all, I have a friend and she has a fashion blog (around 10k followers). A few months back some jerk fashion photographer harassed her on instagram accusing her of stealing his photographs (she buys them from a fashion photographer).

Anyway, he went away for a few months and now it turns out he's started a wordpress fashion blog in her name.wordpress.com. Also, he's copying exact words from her posts but using his own photographs. Can someone familiar with these situations please give some advice?
