Ask HN: How do you keep up-to-date on current frameworks/language trends?

I mostly check HN and programming sub-reddit. I feel like there are a bunch of blogs I probably should be checking on a regular basis, but I'm way to lazy to do that.

I'm curious as to how others find out about new programming languages or frameworks?
