Learning RoR

Just decided to go with RoR as my primary language+framework of choice and it has been fun 2 hours thus far. I come from the .NET land and reason I decided to learn RoR is because none of the "cool" startups I want to work for use the MS/.NET stack. I thought about choosing Python+Django, but then saw a heck lot of RoR positions open at many startups, so decided to go with it. I plan to spend around 12 hours everyday learning RoR.
