Ask HN: Should tech startups seek to visit Silicon Valley?

I am wondering what does HN think on the topic of whether tech startup founders would benefit from visiting a vibrant ecosystem for a month or so in order to network with their peers and potential investors.

If not, why?

And if yes, what you think they would benefit from the most?
