We were shooting up the FP up to the #9 spot but for some reason, our post was suddenly pushed down. I don't know what triggered it - let me know if I did anything wrong but I am trying again!
Well there are notifications that most people need (i.e. alarm clock, emergency phone calls, etc) If you had a daughter out past curfew and a snoring spouse, you can sleep through the snoring but still hear your daughter call.
It's hard to tell if the $99 pledge is different from the $115. The $115 explicitly says receive one a pair of Hush, the $99 does not, just be among the first to own Hush.
Yeah, some others I've talked with didn't like that with normal earplugs, because it brings down the noises around you, it amplifies the sounds inside your head. That's also one of the reasons Hush is nice because the noise masking makes it so the noises inside your head, like breathing, aren't disturbingly loud
I'm intrigued by this product, however as someone who can sleep comfortably with earplugs, but find in-ear headphones to become uncomfortable after a couple hours, I'm not convinced.
I always thought the ideal product would be a comfortable, soft armband (think sport sweatband) with bluetooth and a vibration motor. This could be paired to the phone with an app similar to these earplugs, and then used with (or without) regular earplugs for noise dampening. Does such a product exist? Perhaps the Hush folks would consider making it as product number 2?

[ 3.4 ms ] story [ 39.8 ms ] threadIs this a joke? Earplugs that will let some notifications through?
Here's my notification filter: I don't sleep with my phone.
